PICS Alumni Spotlight: “Peter J. Huwe”

Dr. Peter Huwe is a Medical Educator track Assistant Professor of Biochemistry in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the Mercer University School of Medicine (MUSM). Dr. Huwe received his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from the Radhakrishnan Lab at University of Pennsylvania. After his postdoctoral studies in the Dunbrack Lab at the Fox Chase Cancer Center, Huwe became a non-tenure track Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Biology Department at Temple University. Now at MUSM, Dr. Huwe’s career is primarily focused on his passion of teaching basic science to medical students.
